“We were very happy with his service and would definitely have him clean our dryer vents next year too.”

“Of the 3 pros recommended when I submitted the request for our AC compressor replacement, Roman was the only one that responded within 10 minutes. After getting information about my AC unit, he quoted me an all inclusive price from the get go. No upsell, no tacking on surcharges, no BS. I will add that we did get more diagnostics and quotes from a few other companies, but none were as competitive or as responsive to all our questions. Once we agreed to go with Orbit, Roman gave me a window of 9-11AM on a Friday, and his guys showed up exactly when he said they would. The guys worked continuously without slacking or goofing around. His guys also cleaned up after around the unit as well. By noon, we finally had cool air again and we are happy we chose Orbit to complete our project. Wouldnt hesitate to call Orbit again or recommend them to others. Thanks again Roman!”

“If I'm happy with the quote he can clean the dryer vent same day. Daniel was running late but called us 2x to let us know, which was appreciated. He started assessing and took pictures, was very polite and professional. The whole job took about 30 min. He showed us pictures of the clean vent then he cleaned up after. Highly recommend!”

“10/10 would recommend!!I finally pulled the trigger on getting a dual split unit for my home office and painting studio. Ive been sweating my a$$ off every summer.I called True north heating and air, they were at my house that day. They found the best possible placement dual split unit where i cant hear the condenser outside. The unit they installed is quiet, and it feels like im being blasted by an arctic breeze in the hottest part of the summer. They came the next day and installed it. From calling to completed job, it was under 48 hours. You cant beat that. Especially in this heat. They are hard working, honest, FAST and PERFECT results!”

“I can’t say enough good things about the service we received in replacing our dryer ductwork. We immediately received a call to set up an appointment-the company kept us well informed on when they would arrive - and once we agreed on the price - the work was completed same day. We are very happy the project was completed so quickly and in such a professional manner.”

“They did an excellent job! Our AC stopped working during a hot day, and they responded very quickly. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and offered a solution without any pressure or upselling. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and at a fair price. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and care about their customers. Everything was clean and well-organized after the job was completed. I really appreciated the honest communication and fast service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service and will use them again in the future.”
