“They came to my house as scheduled, cleaned my wood burning fireplace. They inspected my chimney and made several recommendations. They replaced the flue and installed a damper. Now my family room is warm again. Professional, knowledgeable and great work.”

“He installed 2 blowers im my gas fireplaces at a fair price. I would certainly use him again.”

“Simple Sweeps installed a new fireplace in the house we recently purchased after determining on inspection that the old fireplace was not salvageable. The work was very high quality and the team member who performed the inspection and installation was very knowledgable and trustworthy. Definitely would recommend! I will use them for any future chimney and fireplace maintenance projects.”

“When we moved into our house this year, it had a gas insert fireplace that I could not get working and wanted to have safely inspected. Our technician responded to my inquiry immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. Several other companies had declined the job because they did not want to work on a gas insert. Not Chimney and Flue Experts. Our technician had it running within about five minutes, but still took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit, improve our setup, and make sure I knew how to operate it properly. He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional throughout. Truly outstanding service, and we will absolutely use them again.”

“My remote was also not communicating with my fireplace. The technician was super friendly, professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable. He had everything up and running in under five minutes. I highly recommend the company and will be using them moving forward in the future.”

“He took the time to walk me through everything, explain how our new fireplace operates and completely cleaned up. Eddie and the Blackburn Chimney team were a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Blackburn Chimney!”
