Upon visiting, the technician went straightforward in recommending a wholesale replacement for our pilot/valve system for gas fireplace. He offered a good price, but caught us off guard because they didn't explain why a smaller remedy wasn't possible, nor demonstrate that they tried to diagnose a more specific problem. We got a second opinion, and ended up going with a different vendor due to stronger communication and diagnostic ability.”
