“Overall I am very happy with the work and would recommend to my friends and family.”

“Here’s a polished, warm, and professional review you can use: I recently had my chimney and fireplace cleaned and inspected, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician was on time, thorough, and incredibly professional. They explained everything clearly, showed me before-and-after photos, and made sure the entire area was spotless before leaving. It gave me real peace of mind knowing everything is safe and in great working order. I also had my dryer vent cleaned during the same visit, and that service was just as impressive. The job was quick, efficient, and done with care. My dryer is running better than it has in a long time, and I feel much safer knowing the vent is clear. Overall, I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, quality of work, and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be using them again.”

“A very qualified professional responded to my request for repair. ZAC WAS A SUPERSTAR!! He diagnosed the problem with my electric fireplace as being caused by a leaky chimney, and because rain was expected, he fashioned a cover for the chimney to prevent more leaks. He went above and beyond the original request for service. I would recommend him wholeheartedly and with no reservations.”

“I highly recommend Bay Fireside Pros! Doris was very communicative during the scheduling process, and was able to come in just a few days. He did a thorough chimney inspection, and answered all of my questions. He was polite and professional, and has a very competitive rate. Will definitely be recommending him to my neighbors!”
