“renovated our bathroom and did an excellent job—he was able to handle a broader scope than originally quoted, and made sure that issues from the last contractor (who didn’t do a great job) were dealt with and eliminated in a timely and cost effective manner. Great attention to detail and ability to assess issues on the job and deal with them as they arise. Terrific final product.”

“Although we eventually decided on another contractor, we were pleased with Tim’s responsiveness and professionalism. Tim was friendly and listened well during the walk through to explain our project. We appreciated his time and effort in providing us a detailed proposal.”

“installed kitchen floor tile while I was out of town. very resp did killer work.”

“Highly recommend DCQ Flooring. Charles and the entire crew were professional, knowledgeable, and did an exceptional job refinishing our kitchen, hallway and foyer hardwood floors. Communication was great during the process and they worked hard to make sure we were totally satisfied. Our old orange toned red oak floors look like new beautiful white oak. We could not be more pleased with the results.”

“I’m an older customer with many years of experience involving private contractors. Tyler Dalton surpasses all the others. He sees things that others miss. He fixes things that others have broken or left incomplete. He takes the time to explain the problems, and he discusses options for improvement. He is conscientious and honest. I appreciate that he is sympathetic when delivering “bad news” about my house, and I especially appreciate his willingness to meet my expectations with affordability. He’s very reasonable and highly qualified. In short, he’s perfect.”
