“You would never know that it was not originally installed that way. They took great care in protecting surrounding furniture and cleaned up completely once the job was done. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They communicated every step of the process and ensured I was happy with the results before considering the job complete. I would confidently recommend Special Floors LLC for any flooring repair or restoration needs. They exceeded my expectations and brought my floors back to life.”

“I had carpet replaced as well as luxury vinyl installed. Absolutely love my floors!”

“From the initial consultation and throughout each project(one being taking out old carpet and installing new hardwood to match our existing floors, the other being replacing the bedroom carpeting) Marco and Luiza were both readily available to speak with at any time and had our best interests in mind. The quality of his crews work was impeccable and every member was professional and respectful of our space. They are also very reasonably priced and go out of their way to ensure your project turns out as you wish. I highly recommend Marco and Elevate Flooring to anyone looking to, welp, “elevate” their homes flooring aesthetic! 10/10. Photos are after. Before each of these rooms had very worn, dull carpet.”

“Dominic was great to talk to and answer questions about redoing our hardwood floors. He was attentive to our questions and provided great insight about the process.”

“Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality tile installation!”

“Adrian’s crew did a good job installing our house carpets. Four rooms in one day and the job was great.”
