“Absolutely the best contractors we’ve ever had in decades. Professional, responsive, respectful, honest, thorough and the quality of their work is sensational !!! We first hired them to repaint the entire exterior of our two story home. They did an amazing amazing job :) We then hired them to paint the interior. Another amazing amazing job :) We then hired them to identify, repair and address water damage in our garage. We had several other contractors come out and bid for the job, but Dima and his team had by far the most reasonable and practical approach. In under a week they totally tore apart our garage, identified and addressed the source of the water damage, fixed it and ensured it would never happen again. And their repainting and plastering of our garage is beautiful ! We have hired ProMen now several times, referred them to many friends, and are so grateful we found them ! They are the absolute best in the business !!! Thank you Dima and team !!!”

“She's very professional, helpful and has a pleasing personality, someone who you would always want to work with. Absolutely love my space, and will definitely work with her again!”

“Working with Simon and his crew was a pleasure! We needed some exterior repairs, the frame and side door on the garage replaced and a bedroom repainted. The care and detail that went into the job, as well as the timeliness and curtesy of the workers was unmatched. Job was cleaned up completely daily and a final cleanup was handled beautifully at the end as well. We 100% recommend Calstate for any job!!”

“Even in a crazy busy market like Northridge (where just getting a contractor out to your house in a timely manner is incredibly difficult), he made the time to meet with me and install the hardwoods within my short window. His communication and expertise were impressive and his install crew was fast and efficient. They were able to install a little over 800 sq ft of hardwoods in a few hours, and the finished product was beautiful. Natural shade bamboo has very different color variations between planks, but even at the speed at which the crew was installing it, they still paid attention and made sure to spread the varying colors out in an appealing pattern. Great service, speedy install, awesome prices. Highly recommended! Thanks, Mike!”

“I was very skeptical at first for choosing a contractor for a project like this on thumbtack, but was ultimately very impressed. I plan to hire him again for an earthquake foundation retrofit. I highly recommend Heber.”

“We chose Ivy Contractors to turn our garage into an ADU. They were really easy to work with. In our first meeting they showed us example 3D renderings and real-life photos of what they had made for other clients. We really liked the ideas that they showed us and also the fact they were digitally-oriented, as we had already started our “vision” in 3D in Sketch-up. We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””
