“Synergy3 recently installed a new heat pump system and thermostat at my home and the process from initial visit to installation was a good experience. My initial contact with the company was their comfort advisor Dave J. who was on time, and, more importantly, very knowledgeable on the installation process and the options I had regarding equipment needed to replace my existing heating system. Once I agreed to the proposal that Dave presented to me, the installation was scheduled for the next day. The installation technicians were also on time and the first thing they did after seeing the locations for the inside and outside units, they spent time protecting the floors in my home with coverings to prevent damage. They took a better part of the day installing both the inside unit (in a very tight utility closet), the outside unit as well as the thermostat ensuring that all was running effectively in both heat and AC modes and that I was familiar with how to work the system before they left.
