“We're very happy with our backyard remodel, it turned out amazing! Robi, our project manager, listened and understood our needs from day one. We felt in good hands throughout the project, and everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The quote was good and we had no surprises, even with the few changes that we requested. Highly recommend!”

“We chose Ivy Contractors to turn our garage into an ADU. They were really easy to work with. In our first meeting they showed us example 3D renderings and real-life photos of what they had made for other clients. We really liked the ideas that they showed us and also the fact they were digitally-oriented, as we had already started our “vision” in 3D in Sketch-up. We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“They remodeled our kitchen and the results turned out amazing. The new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash look beautiful and really transformed the space. The crew was professional, kept everything clean, and finished the project on time. The whole process was smooth and the quality of the work really shows. Highly recommend. Thank you EAM Development And Construction highly recommend made everything look modernized and made my home look amazing. “While we are looking at bathroom remodeling we have had come across several other contractors and we are lucky to find Jacob. His service was referred to us by a plumbing contractor whom we had worked with in the past. Jacob was very easy going and provided helpful recommendations on how we can improve the design within the budget we had. The crew he brought along are solid and took care of issues promptly. They paid attention to detail and it shows in the workmanship. In todays market Jacob provided a fair and competitive price for types of project like ours. Our experience with Jacob is very positive and he is great to work with on sorting out issues or following up. We highly recommend him for general contracting service.”

“a primary bathroom, new floors/paint, and a fireplace remodel. From beginning to end, Guy provided solid advice, prioritized elements of the project that were especially important to us, and was always very responsive to questions/feedback/small changes along the way. Everyone was very friendly and Guy always followed through on what he said he would do. Having heard many stories from friends about their own terrible home renovation experiences, High Touch Remodeling absolutely exceeded every expectation I could have had and I would recommend them to ANYONE considering a home remodeling project, big or small!”
