“After interviewing three contractors we hired SkyBar Construction to remodel a very old, builder grade hall bathroom. Bar came by and gave us a thorough bid. He answered all my questions. He is super knowledgeable. Showed us pics of previous remodels. Even though the other two contractors were great there was just something about Bar that made him a front runner immediately! He is so personable and easy to work with. His bid came back within the price we were comfortable with. His team is first rate! Everyone associated with SkyBar Construction is EXCELLANT. Shout out to Pablo!! Pablo had a very tough job on our bathroom that nothing was built square. Super challenging! He and his team worked like it was their own home. If you are lucky enough to have SkyBar Construction remodel or build your home know they will do a great job. We are beyond pleased from bid to final completion. Bar was always available for every question. Very transparent about payment. Also as a side note the team is very pet friendly! My dog Buster absolutely loved all the team. I think they might need to just come by for Buster! If youre looking for a contractor you will not regret hiring SkyBar Construction. 5 stars!”

“I received a strong competitive estimate for installing acoustic wood paneling along two walls of my home. Henry from M&L asked thoughtful questions to make sure the planning and materials were in-line with our vision, and provided us with clear options when we needed to make calls about trim. The work was done efficiently and with quality, and the outcomes were fantastic!! Really great finishing work. Would gladly hire again!”

“What I appreciated about Antonio was he took the time to understand the problem we were having and even if his expertise is indeed concrete, he was able to see the big picture. He watched a video that I sent him and he even suggested a stronger, more durable material to use that would be a better fit for our project. We had to deter gophers coming into our garden, no small feat, considering these wily creatures. And we had to create a wall of some sorts, using wire mesh and a trench down to two feet in depth. Antonio is very responsive, too. He follows up and does not flake. I’m also happy to report that the barrier is working so far. Even if he had to drive a ways to our house, he did not hesitate to do the job. Thank you, Antonio and we look forward to more landscaping and concrete jobs with you in the future.”

“Sunset Remodeling and Design did a full kitchen remodel for us. Work was very high quality. Sean was on-site almost every day and was very responsive to our questions. We collectively spent a fair amount of time upfront reviewing the project scope, materials and costs and the expenses came in on budget. Definitely recommend!”

“We hired Gilor Remodeling Group after interviewing 6 contractors. Our project: a full kitchen and bathroom remodel (including removing walls), level 4 smooth paint throughout, new hardwood floors in the whole house, and a fireplace remodel. We chose Gilor because founder and project manager Or Haim personally ran our project and had far more experience than the other PMs we met.Kitchen: For our ground-up remodel, Gilor worked closely with our architect before any work began, which made a huge difference. Our kitchen designer commented that the structural support and framing were clearly done right, which was critical for our recessed, flush load-bearing beams. They were meticulous with electrical and with re-routing gas and water lines, and added blocking for our cabinets and appliances before sheet-rocking. They verified wall cabinet heights with our designer and measured every appliance, so our counter-depth fridge sits perfectly flush. They even proactively adjusted the window height after spotting that our countertop would have ended up above the sill. That foresight saved us a costly fix.We had many high-end installs: recessed outlets, a touch faucet, an in-line attic vent hood blower, a microwave drawer, a reverse osmosis system, smart dimmers, and Fittes/Aria vents. You need a contractor who knows his stuff, and Gilor did. The 2-inch mitered bullnose countertops, island waterfalls, and counter-to-ceiling backsplash look beautifully clean.Bathroom: Ultra-large 48-inch tiles, epoxy mitered niche edges, a linear drain, a smart toilet, a floating vanity, and relocated plumbing. The result is stunning.Fireplace: Gilor covered our dated brick with seamless mitered 10-ft porcelain slabs, replaced the aging gas line, and installed a remote-controlled gas fireplace.Craftsmanship: The remodel took 7 months, longer than expected, but the quality was outstanding. The on-site team (Jesus, Gilbert, Joel, and others) was easy to communicate with and cleaned up daily. Gilors in-house fabricator made the seams on our waterfalls invisible. Their hardwood installer laid ultra-wide 9.5-inch floors that stayed straight across 40 ft when we checked with a laser. If you want a contractor you can trust to work independently, deliver quality, and keep experienced project managers on-site daily, look no further. We would hire Gilor again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.”

“They did a great job installing large format tile on our fireplace. Job took a little longer than originally expected but it was worth the minor delay. They took the time to do it right and were really happy with how it turned out. Would recommended them and use them again in the future.”
