“We hired Atlas General Construction for a large project, adding a 2nd floor and completely renovating the 1st floor. It was a complex, year-long project with a lot of infrastructure upgrades needed such as completely new plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. It has been a few months since we moved back in and we are completely satisfied with how everything has turned out, especially the finishes and detailing. We could tell Bill genuinely cares about the quality of the project, not just getting it done. And he's a genuinely good person who believes in keeping customers happy. Atlas' project manager Eric Rosales was very strong in execution and took pride in getting the details right without mistakes. Bill and Eric have a solid team of trades people, painters, carpenters etc. The Atlas back-office team was also of top of everything, clearly communicating payment schedules, invoices etc.Complex projects are never without challenges. Ours had its share of challenges too but the Atlas team was able to solve problems as they arose and if at all a mistake was made, it was quickly fixed when we pointed it out. You can tell how successful a project is based on what your relationship is at the end of it. Bill and Eric have now become good friends and I think that conveys everything.”

“After submitting my request in the Thumbtack app, I got a call from Be Free Developments in 15 minutes. The next day, Bar came to my home to do a walkthrough prior to submitting an estimate. Bar was punctual, engaging, knowledgeable, sympathetic to our situation, had great questions, and walked me through all available options. His expertise was evident. The estimate was turned around in 2 days, and my requested changes were turned around one day later. Unfortunately, my original issue was misdiagnosed by another vendor, and we suspected a foundation issue instead of a subfloor issue. The owner that did the foundation work referred me to a contractor he works with, and agreed to cover a portion of the cost if I selected that contractor. This was a nice gesture, but that cut in price made it impossible for Be Free Developments to be cost competitive. Under normal circumstances, I would have happily hired Be Free, and would have been confident going into the project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bar and Be Free, and will be sure to reach out to them when my next project comes around.”

“Incredible team to work with for your general contracting needs. Prompt and thorough communication and responses - from providing initial estimates to progress updates throughout the project and milestone completion timelines. Quality work - addressed our needs and incorporated our requests as we discovered new issues along the way, one example being unexpected dry rot in the framing of our garage. Timely in the completion of the work and in coordination with our electrician who was also doing some work. They worked with us on a schedule that was ideal for all parties involved. Will definitely keep this crew in my phone book for my next project. Appreciate you guys!”

“Working with Roi and his team was a great experience from start to finish. The construction quality matched exactly what I had envisioned my design plans were followed precisely and the results exceeded my expectations. What really set Roi apart was his proactive support throughout the permitting process. Dealing with the city can be stressful and time-consuming, but his team stayed on top of every follow-up, which helped us reach final inspection ahead of schedule. That level of dedication made a huge difference.Highly recommend Roi for anyone looking for a contractor who is responsive, reliable, and truly invested in getting the job done right. I'll definitely be working with him again on my next project!”

“It was clear to me in talking to Edwin that his company does a large variety of landscaping jobs; pavers, pruning, general landscaping as well as maintenance. He also has a full crew if you need them, or if the job is smaller as mine was, he can send exactly as many workers as you need. The job I had was a major yard clean up job. We set up the work for the very next day. I worked side by side with Edwin's brother for part of the day but he was extremely self sufficient, hard working and courteous. Not only that, but he was a super pleasant guy to work with. I look forward to hiring this company again! Thank you Noah and Edwin!”

“We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent team to remodel their home and definitely would use them on future projects.”
