“Once we agreed on the price, signed the contract, and I paid the deposit, the renovation crew arrived the very next day with all the necessary tools and immediately started the demolition. The crew, including Douglas Jr., Douglas Sr., Edward, and Rodrigo, were incredibly hardworking, professional, and respectful. They paid close attention to detail, and at the end of each workday they always cleaned up the work area before leaving, which I really appreciated. So far, I am very happy with my decision to choose Barak Builders. Their professionalism, punctuality, and dedication have made the renovation process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable remodeling company.”

“Our experience with working with Tommer and Built to Perfection was phenomenal. Even though my husband and I adjusted our plans and fixtures several times throughout the process, they were very accommodating. The team of plumbers, electricians, and renovation contractors were very professional and respected the surrounding areas of our home. I would highly recommend BTP to anyone wanting either a massive remodel or just updating their home!”

“We were dissapointed to be told in the 11th hour that the stones we chose, and had requested in the early stages of the project and after the contract had been signed, would cost much more and delay everything by a month. We had no idea our first pick would be cost prohibitive, given we want to expand the pavers in the future. However, the pavers we ultimately chose look great and Ben was pleasant to work with all things considered.”

“The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“Not only is this the best general contractor weve had in OC, the owner is a very genuine and knowledgeable guy. He answered every question, found ways for us to save money on materials, spend countless hours explaining and reassuring us which was refreshing to experience from a construction company (we havent had good experiences with other companies). Myself and my mother both recommend Top Family Construction. Theyre wonderful and well be working with them for all our future remodels.”

“I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking top-notch general contractors.”
