“Very clean, high quality job for a reasonable price. He was on time and cleaned after himself. We are very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend him to friends and family”

“Jared and Henri were very professional and their communication on the whole process was very knowledgeable and prompt. They are always willing to answer the numerous questions I had for the project. The project I hired them for was my garage and possible weight bearing spot that was damaged by one of the neighbor’s kid car. It involved multiple inspections from engineers and different contractors. The process in total did end up taking over 6 months. Mainly due to the availability of the engineers and issues with the neighbors insurance adjuster and coverage. Through this whole process I was informed of any updates or changes. The garage now looks even better than it did prior to the incident. I am extremely happy with the work and would refer and recommend them to anyone looking for help with their home projects.”

“Wonderful job! The service was quick, professional, and completed exactly as promised. Thank you, TrueAir PDX.”

“Sean and his crew killed it for our window replacement. I maintain a pretty large nursing home. We recently upgraded our old terrible single pane windows approximately 55+ windows to the latest energy star line and the process was incredibly easy, including new French doors going to the patio. They did updated building drawings at the time for us (part of the permitting process). Pricing on both was easily the best around town. Armando, the crew lead was extremely knowledgeable and professional while taking care of the job, as were all of the on site crew members . They worked fast, efficiently, and did phenomenal work. They communicated any issues or possible changes promptly. We had other projects going on at the time including a new roof and deck simultaneously and were very flexible accommodating these projects at the same time. Our only issue was the permitting process, all of which was due to Multnomah county being the laughing stock of Oregon government. Even had to have the dept of forestry review the plans to ensure all of the zero trees on the property wouldn't be affected. Wish I was joking. Made the project take 3 months longer than it should of. None of which was was all seasons issue, however, I mention this because again these guys killed it. Even called me weekly to provide updates during that process. I really can't talk these dudes up enough. If you're even thinking about a project like this. Give em a ring.”

“And they came back out to make sure everything was set up so contractors can come in and do the repairs needed They were extremely on top of everything and made sure I felt serviced. I couldn’t recommend these guys more.”

“The Tortoise team remodeled my hall bathroom back in March and did a fantastic job, from start to finish and right on schedule with no budget surprises. Mike gave a fair estimate and helped me think through design decisions I hadn't even considered, since he's clearly been through this many times and brings up things us remodel novices might miss. My bathroom went from a cold, sterile, builder-grade afterthought to a calming, coastal-toned retreat. Everything feels cohesive, well thought out and solidly constructed. Mike also suggested a custom glass shower door sized for taller heights which I absolutely love and a bathroom fan that is remarkably quiet, just a couple of small details that make a big difference everyday. While the whole team was great, Troy was the true standout as project manager/finish carpenter. He was on top of every detail, kept the timeline moving, and checked in regularly to make sure I was happy with how things were progressing, not just at the end. He's also just a genuinely friendly, personable guy who made the whole process feel easy rather than stressful - a rare combination of being incredibly organized and genuinely pleasant to have around the house for weeks at a time. I never had to chase anyone down for updates; Troy made sure I always knew what was happening and when.I highly recommend Tortoise to anyone looking to renovate!”
