“I really respect and appreciate that.We had a piece of beautiful quartzite which was broken by the previous contractor so we needed two pieces with a seam to fit our guest vanity countertop and backsplash. I was blown away when I saw (or didn't see!) the nearly indiscernible seam in the final product, perfectly lined up with the seam in the backsplash of the same material. It was beautiful and much better than I'd expected and even hoped. We also asked them to restore our Alder wood vanities, both master and guest, with a like color and tactile finish. Again, they did painstaking work, protected our property from the inevitable dust, and matched the color and finish perfectly. The results were much better than I had even hoped after my previous experience. The price was fair. The work was great. What's not to like? See before and after photos. Note especially the vast improvement on the vanity wood damage (before) and the lack of a discernible seam on the countertop and backsplash. Thanks, Raz, Isaac and Antonio!”

“I can confidentially recommend and suggest them to anyone needing a professional contracting service.”

“Commercial projects completed- professional contractors, handled and coordinated city permits/approvals. Project manager Eli provides excellent communication of progress with pictures several times per week. Very Honest, dependable, and reliable; they finished both of our retail construction projects ahead of schedule. They are reasonable and transparent with all costs. The entire team at Nu Horizon Remodeling are committed to quality and ensuring the project is completed as expected. We highly recommend this company, they have completed two commercial retail projects for us in the past 6 months in Austin and San Antonio, we will continue to use them.”

“My project with Renovate 512 was to build an oversized garage with attached office and workshop. I met with James and was impressed with his straight-forward approach and professionalism and so we embarked on this adventure together. The time frame was estimated to be about 3 months, but not so. For those of you who have never done extensive remodeling or new construction, beware…no matter how well planned, something always pops up. This was my 4th project and so I expected a bump or two along the way. What can I say, we bumped, but through all the twists, turns, and bumps, James had my back. He fought to keep this project moving forward, even when outside forces were not on board. He promised he would see it through to the end and to my satisfaction. He kept his promise. I have had my fair share of contractors who walk when things don’t go smoothly or when I get fussy (polite wording here), but not James. I also must give a shout out to his office team lead by Trista. They were always responsive and polite (and believe me I could make a saint cry!). My appreciation goes out to you and your staff. Finally, once again, I want to thank you, James, for sticking with me and easing my frustrations and worries. If I am ever crazy enough to do something like this again, I will be calling.”

“Pricing was very reasonable and very competitive with other design/build contractors.”

“recently had the pleasure of working with Team Work Home Designs on a home renovation project and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. The design process was seamless, with the team taking the time to really understand my vision and preferences. They provided multiple design options and were always open to feedback and suggestions. The construction process was just as smooth, with the team showing up on time and working efficiently to complete the project within the agreed upon timeline. They were also great at communicating any updates or changes that needed to be made along the way. Overall, I highly recommend Team Work Home Designs for anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and high-quality home design and renovation experience. They truly went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the results. So, it's a great company to work with.”
