“Mike came out and remediated my mold situation, turned out great. He was also able to determine the root cause, which was some bad plumbing coming down from the kitchen, so I could have a plumber come out and replace the pipes.”

“I've contacted so many other companies that either charge $100 just for an inspection or gave crazy high quotes. I found Total Restore, they were very responsive and came out the next day to have a free, thorough inspection. Arnold was so friendly and professional. He helped explain the basement cleaning+sanitizing procedure and answered my many questions. They provided a quote the same day, and it was very reasonable. (I compared it with another company's quote that was just unbelievably high) Arnold came the following day to do the job. He was very efficient, knowledge and professional. You can just tell that he's amazing at what he does. Everything got cleaned and sanitized, leaving the basement smelling clean and fresh. Arnold sent a formal report with lots of before and after pictures. I highly recommend Total Restoration. If I need another job done in the future, I won't be looking elsewhere.”

“I had Kevin inspect our whole house. He took care of the mold in our bathroom. He pointed out a few places in our house that were at risk of growing mold as well. He didn’t try to sell me on anything that was unnecessary, which I appreciated most of all! Would highly recommend working with this guy”
