Lauren H. says, “I've loved the support and expertise! I cannot say enough great things about working with this woman!!! You will be very grateful to have her wellness passion in your life!”
Scott H. says, “Cody was very professional, open-minded and attentive to my situation. His ability to listen and understand my situation provided me with ideas and suggestions that I was unable to resolve on mind own. His reasonability and his ability to remain objective is exactly the type of counseling that I needed. You can choose from many counselors on the website. However, if you want the RIGHT type of counseling, Cody is the person you will definitely want to speak with.”
Patty S. says, “I would select ALL five items if the review system allowed: work quality, responsiveness, value, punctuality AND professionalism.
Doug gifted me his care, guidance and companionship on my first official journey down memory lane into the distant past.
I was so afraid of the unknown, of the value of a past life regression session, and of not knowing what to expect that I waited 8 years to have my first 1-1 PLR session ever. That seemly failed experienced at a group PLR session in 2016 certainly didn't help.
When Doug's profile with PLR showed up on Thumbtack.com during my Google search for an ADHD/Bipolar therapist, despite my filter criteria of a zip code in Texas, I couldn't resist my logics any longer. I asked my mom, who doubts the value of PLR sessions but could read the faces of people to know their nature, to "vet" Doug for me. Doug's profile picture gave me a serene vibe, but I often imagine things wishfully, so I couldn't be sure. From a pool of 3 "hypnotists" , my mom picked Doug. Even though he was the only one with PLR in his profile and she believes what happened in the past needs to stay there, she still picked Doug. If all that's not "Yuan," I don't know what could be.
In our session this afternoon, there were so many emotions, fragments and "duh" moments from my spiritual guide Erik. (Why Erik and not Eric? I met an Erik in Switzerland in 2013 whom and his family took me in as a stranger for a night. They fed me and sheltered me. They were the first people who help healed my faith in humans. Last year, I commissioned two pieces of digital artworks from a Spanish artist, whose name is also Erik. Why does a Spaniard have the name Erik, I don't know. I was intrigued but didn't want to intrude. Now, I have to ask.) There were so much energy coursing through my body under Doug's guidance. It felt like the Longevity practice I learned. But, it was different. I felt like I was lying under the daylight, the sky and the clouds. Although that was all in the privacy of my apartment. Sometimes, the light I sensed with my eye closed would be those heavenly beams that pierce through the clouds. Sometimes, the light dims as the clouds moved under them. As I prayed really hard to the light to engulf me once again to bring my scatted focus back into the world where I long for answers, the light under my eyelids would strength. It was magical. I was not asleep, although I thought I was. I was not 100% conscious either, because my brain and logic let out things I was withholding from Doug. I yelled the frustrations of my past selves. I cried their tears that their macho selves were too proud to shed. It kind of sucks that my female body has been shed a lot fo tears of me and for them. Yet again, who judges much when a female cries, even in public. But, our fathers and our sons still cannot do so freely in the MODERN world. Go figures. Backwards much, humans?
Through our journey, I felt safe knowing that Doug was keeping an eye on me to make sure nothing strayed. I felt guided under his peaceful lead with his voice. I felt supported when Doug led my wandering mind and consciousness back to the deep space time and time again.
Best currencies I've ever spent on a session, for any time spent with another human. Money is just a means to express my thanks to Doug. Like one treat to a delicious sushi Omakase. Well, if anyone reading this knows about Omakase, $150 per meal is extremely economical. What Doug has gifted me first- his guidance, sharing, care, unconditional love for a fellow human, teachings, flexibility with time, friendship and help- simply cannot be measured by any means.
I've found some soul family members through my journeys in Asia, N. America and Europe. As time slips, the memories we shared remain fresh in my mind. Today, I am honored to meet another whose presence and companionship graces my soul. Except this time, we got to travel beyond the dimensions together.
Thank you, Doug.”

Janice E. says, “Dr. Dawn was exceptionally responsive, and effective in her skills to provide hypnotic therapy so I can maintain sharp attention for someone with attention deficit disorder. An example of one way she's helped me, is with my tennis. I play a lot of tennis matches, and lately I've notice getting easily distracted and losing matches I shouldn't lose. Through Hypnotic therapy, she has helped me stay focused during match play, resulting in more wins.”
Jaimee S. says, “I highly recommend Heather as a therapist. She really listened to me and gave me work to do which is exactly what I needed. I need guidance. I need help. I need suggestions and she has been very knowledgeable about what I'm going through.”
Daniel F. says, “Tom has shown that he genuinely cares about how, when, and if I progress. He is invested in whether I actually achieve breakthroughs toward my personal success.
Considering that my goals are so immense: to metamorphosize an ashamed, unhappy, ineffective, & lonely guy, with limited professional influence, into a proud, happy, effective, socially fulfilled, & profoundly influential version of myself, it would have been easy for him to give up on me.
Even though I'm confident many life coaches in his position would have terminated our relationship months ago, dealing with such a high-maintenance client as myself - expressing to him hundreds of suggestions / criticisms / requests, expecting a personalized experience that caters to my individual needs, and offering frequent pessimism or guarded skepticism at best - he has been patient, flexible, & determined to support my progress.
It has been several months since Tom started coaching me, and I have consciously delayed writing a review until I might have a sense not just that he cares and won't give up (after all, that's part of the job description), but that he will actually help me transform myself, in ways that countless others haven't.
I have worked with therapist after therapist for years & years, undergone treatment with psychiatrists, hired dozens of countless project collaborators and personal assistants, and tried more times than I can remember to count on the support of family and friends in order to help me make the steady progress needed to break out of a deep debilitating personal rut that has lasted for decades.
All of the above have been unsuccessful. I naturally wasn't expecting Tom to be any different. But I gave him a shot, deciding that I deserved a chance for renewed hope.
I almost gave up on him and on myself, but he didn't give up on either. And finally, after months of 'blood, sweat, and tears,' I have come to believe there is hope at the end of the tunnel.
I'm beginning to make steady transformative progress, and I'm looking forward to the journey that lies ahead.
Prerequisites for success: I have to be patient, make a few reasonable leaps of faith, and make an investment in my future, emotionally and financially.
I also have to be an active participant and be willing to gradually take the reins myself. I finally have to accept his limitations, while recognizing and counting on his strengths.
His limitations:
Tom is not a miracle worker, and in comparison to others I've worked with, he's not the most charismatic, inspiring, eloquent, forward, original, perceptive, intellectual, tech-savvy, exciting, or assertive.
But his STRENGTHS far outweigh these limitations:
He is persistent in his efforts.
He is determined to be an ally on the road to victory, offering extra support when needed, never conceding defeat.
He is compassionate, showing empathy for my experiences & struggles, frustrations and pain, & and my initial often-pessimistic attitude.
He is patient, and will put in the time to understand, listen, and reevaluate / regroup when necessary.
He is humble and modest, not expecting recognition, praise, notoriety, credit, or gratitude for going above and beyond.
He is affordable, & ends up charging far less money than he could for his time, and far less than any of the other life coaches I considered, let alone being a mere fraction of the cost of a therapist or psychiatrist!
He is respectful, as a friend would be, but sensitive & honors any boundaries I set. He never speaks down to me.
He is honest, and when requested, very candid about what he thinks needs improvement, more, focus, or a shift in perception.
He doesnt rub me the wrong way as a salesman might, as though Im a source of income, but always treats me like a person who deserves to achieve his dreams.
He is passionate about helping people.
He works very hard, often going above and beyond what others would do, putting his clients ahead of his personal life.
He is fair, respects agreements, honors his word, readily forgives, and shows lenience.
He is creative, willing to try to approach problems from new perspectives and angles.
He is open-minded, willing to work with approaches and systems hes unfamiliar with that I know are likely to be effective.
He is trusting, and gives me the benefit of the doubt, while also helping me to become more accountable.
He is reliable, and I have been able to count on him in ways I couldnt count on therapists, employees, mentors, friends, & family.
His system of "open access" helps me throughout the week, and this unique system of coaching has been the key to my success, helping me beat procrastination and not lose sight of my goals.
He is flexible, & accommodates limitations, changes, and conflicts with my schedule, deficiencies in my attitude, and treats my perceived failures like learning opportunities to take a new, more promising approach.
He is resilient, and puts up with much more than necessary for someone in his position, and never complained once to me about it.
Finally, he is kind, complimentary, and friendly. He's like that 'conscience on your shoulder.'
I would recommend him to anyone who is considering hiring a life coach, or to anyone who has unfulfilled dreams they know they deserve to and could achieve, but haven't.
Thank you, Tom, for your efforts, and quality work :)”
Debora W. says, “After having countless bad experiences with counselors and therapy, Seth was an absolute God-send. The first session was free and instantly made me feel at peace about the work they do. If you are on the fence about counseling and therapy in general (and especially if you are a Christian that is tired of secular psychology) I would highly recommend you give Heart & Soul Biblical Mentoring a try.”
Casey M. says, “I am really impressed with how accessible Cheryl is to her patients. There was mulitple times I found myself in a panic, and Cheryl met with me right then to help sort it out! I'd also like to add that Cheryl is a great teacher. I have found that therapy is quite a learning process, and she has provided me with several techniques to help me cope with various issues. As a couples therapist, I was very impressed with how she was able to help us communicate in a very positive way, which has made our relationship much more stable. I reccommend Cheryl to anyone, whether they are seeking couples therapy or private sessions. She has been wonderful!”
Iryna H. says, “Stacey took me to a very special place, and I enjoyed being under hypnosis. I was completely aware of my surroundings, and yet the experience was real. Except for a very small hiccup (not being able to record the session, which had been promised), Stacey did a great job.”
Bakari G. says, “Amazing work being done with my two sons that I placed into therapy with the understanding that it would be for them to have an outlet and learn good methods for dealing with any emotional issues they may have now or face in the future. Wonderful therapist who listened to the parents but places the mental well-being of her patients as the primary focus. Very thankful for this phenomenal therapist!”
