“Flex provided excellent service from beginning to end. Super responsive and very helpful. Our rep Bob communicated exactly what to expect and put us at ease. On the day of, the team was prompt and professional, providing updates beforehand and going the extra mile to protect our belongings. I would recommend Flex Moving & Storage to everyone! A+ experience!”

“Super thorough and thoughtful attention to detail, went above and beyond my expectations. Had some confusion with getting my COIs correctly done but worked out in the end!”

“We also used their packing service, and they were extremely thoughtful about how everything was wrapped, labeled, and organized. They regularly checked in to ask where things should go at the new place, which made unpacking so much easier and more organized. What really stood out was how kind and positive they stayed despite the conditions. It was genuinely impressive watching them work through that heat without complaint, and honestly, much kinder than I probably would have been in their shoes. There was also transparency around pricing. I was originally quoted for 50 boxes, but we ended up needing 70. The conversation about the added cost was straightforward, and upfront, with no surprises or pressure. Overall, they made a stressful move feel smooth and controlled. I’d absolutely recommend them, and especially Edward, Marco, and Besi for anyone looking for movers who are careful, professional, and genuinely good people.”

“I found Carolina’s services through the Thumbtack app. A few days later, she came over for a consultation. My husband and I had just moved into a new house, and at eight months pregnant, I desperately needed help unpacking and organizing our bedroom. Carolina measured our closet and bathroom, then sent a list of recommended products from Amazon and The Container Store to purchase. She returned a few days later with her associate, and together they installed all of the storage solutions, unpacked every moving box, and neatly organized and labeled our clothing/shoes/seasonals in the closet, dresser, and new systems. She also took care of my en-suite bathroom—sorting and putting away all toiletries and beauty products. What felt like a completely overwhelming task—became a fast, seamless experience. I never felt an ounce of judgment from her about our messy bedroom or some of my torn, well-loved clothes. She was compassionate, collaborative, and genuinely focused on creating a setup that would work for us long-term.”

“We upgraded from a condo in Yonkers to a house in Albany and used Metro Hop’s full packing service. They packed everything — even our kitchen — and loaded the truck like Tetris masters. Nothing broken, nothing missing, and great attitudes all around.”

“I had such an amazing experience with RCT Services! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, efficient, and kind. The main mover was especially wonderful - so nice, respectful, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. He handled everything with care and made what could’ve been a stressful day feel completely smooth and organized. The team went above and beyond to help, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend them!!”
