“If you’re considering pavers, a pergola, or an outdoor living project, I highly recommend this company—and be sure to ask for Jacob. There’s a reason we came back for our next project!”

“We chose Ivy Contractors to turn our garage into an ADU. They were really easy to work with. In our first meeting they showed us example 3D renderings and real-life photos of what they had made for other clients. We really liked the ideas that they showed us and also the fact they were digitally-oriented, as we had already started our “vision” in 3D in Sketch-up. We gave their architect our design ideas and he turned it into drawings with all the necessary adjustments and details that they worked with our city to approve and then they continued working with the city for each inspection. The contract was very simple but thorough, with payments scheduled for each phase completed. We also really liked having the project details in one big group text-a simple but effective approach. The packaged concept of kitchen cabinets and flooring options we could choose kept the process streamlined, but we were able to bring in our own adjustments such as a big sliding wall. We also liked working with their interior and exterior designers, picking out colors and tile and bathroom cabinets and fixtures etc. who rendered it all in 3D for us. Every project has its hiccups but everything was always quickly addressed, and also Ivy was proactive catching problems too. The result was something spectacular in our humble opinion. In fact, when people in the neighborhood walk by, they are very complimentary and say things like “You did it right!””

“EAM Development & Construction did an amazing job building these outdoor stairs and railings. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stand out. The combination of the wood steps with the white railings and black balusters gives it a clean, modern look and completely upgraded the entrance to the property. Eden and Adele were professional, efficient, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. Highly recommend.”

“I highly recommend Peri and his team to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and professional contractors!”

“I have had many negative experiences in the past with contractors, so it was so refreshing to work with a team that stuck both to their estimates and time tables.”

“If you're looking for a contractor who truly cares about quality, craftsmanship, and your satisfaction—look no further. Matan personally oversaw the project and made sure every detail was perfect. He had a clear vision, but was also extremely collaborative, taking our ideas and turning them into something even better than we imagined. The communication throughout the entire process was seamless—daily updates, quick replies, and honest timelines. Our kitchen now feels like something out of a design magazine—sleek cabinetry, stunning quartz countertops, flawless backsplash, and functional layout improvements that have completely changed how we use the space. The bathroom transformation is just as impressive. From the modern tile work to the high-end fixtures and thoughtful lighting, it's now our little sanctuary. The workmanship is top-notch. You can tell they don’t cut corners—everything feels solid, precise, and built to last. Matan brought in great energy and a "no problem is too big" attitude that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He’s not just a contractor—he’s a problem-solver, a creative thinker, and someone who treats your home like it’s his own. We’ve worked with other contractors in the past, and this experience was night and day. MJLA Builders delivered on every promise—and then some. I’d recommend Matan and MJLA Builders to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for making our home beautiful—we truly love it!”
