“I recently worked with Chef Julius over the weekend planning a Retirement Party for my aunt. From start to finish Julius has been a pleasure to work with. Upon requesting a quote, he got back to me, providing me with a clear proposal and detailed scope of service. His follow up and availability to my every inquiry was handled professionally and without delay. Upon signing with him, I had additional requests when I've learned of dietary restrictions of a guest. He was quick to accommodate. On the day of the event, he would keep me updated on arrival time and arrived. He prepared delicious appetizers and entrees, my personal favorite being the beet bruschetta. Also, for his main dish, his lemon pesto was incredible. For dessert lovers, his homemade tiramisu was better than that you'd find in restaurants. The best part of the experience was just his human-ness.
