“Having dinner at the house made the whole night feel more personal and special, and he did a great job making it feel like an occasion without it being overly formal. The presentation was beautiful, and the petite filet was definitely my favorite dish of the night. He was warm, personable, professional, and very easy to have in the house. Once he arrived, everything ran smoothly, and he left the kitchen absolutely spotless. The only disappointment was that we had planned to have charcuterie before dinner, but it was never served. He was delayed getting to us because of unusually heavy traffic that was clearly out of his control, so I think the timing may have been the reason. Aside from that, we had a very good experience and really enjoyed having a private chef for such a special night. I would definitely recommend him for a private dinner or special occasion.”
