“Naturally, learning that there were rodent droppings in areas I couldn’t see was concerning. However, Marlon was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining what he discovered and how he intended to address it. He carefully removed the droppings, cleaned and disinfected the affected areas, and applied repellents as part of his preventative treatment. He then went into my attic and performed an incredibly detailed inspection and cleanup. He sealed vulnerable openings and vents, addressed potential entry points from both the interior and exterior, and repaired flexible ductwork that had been partially damaged or showed signs of possible rodent activity. My attic is now significantly better protected against unwanted visitors, and I have peace of mind knowing that areas I would have never thought to inspect have been addressed. And if that wasn’t enough, Marlon discovered a bird’s nest that I didn’t even know existed, along with a wasp nest nearby! Both were safely removed. He also noticed that the door leading to my water heater was damaged and wasn’t closing properly. Without overlooking the issue, he repaired it so that it now sits flush, eliminating a small opening at the bottom that could have provided another entry point for rodents. THIS is what separates Marlon from someone who simply comes to complete a job. He looks at the bigger picture. He doesn’t just address the obvious problem. He investigates WHY it’s happening, identifies additional vulnerabilities, and takes the necessary steps to help prevent it from happening again. What impressed me equally was his work ethic. Marlon arrived on time, maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, and worked independently with an impressive level of focus, patience, and professionalism. He was quiet, respectful of my property, incredibly efficient, and never made me feel as though he was rushing through the job. He took his time walking the perimeter of my home, carefully examining areas that could easily have been overlooked. Every detail mattered to him, and it showed in the quality of his work. Even after completing such an extensive amount of work, his commitment hasn’t ended. He has arranged to return for maintenance inspections, will respond if the raccoons are caught, and is also planning to address an exposed opening in the concrete slab in my garage. That kind of follow-through speaks volumes about someone’s integrity and dedication to their craft. As a homeowner, one of the greatest things you can have is peace of mind, especially when it comes to the safety, cleanliness, and protection of your home. Marlon gave me exactly that. He is skilled, dependable, knowledgeable, meticulous, and, most importantly, someone I genuinely trust. I would recommend Marlon without hesitation to anyone experiencing issues with rodents, raccoons, wildlife intrusion, or pest prevention. Even if you haven’t noticed any activity, his thorough inspections may uncover things you didn’t know were happening. I am beyond pleased with the service he provided, and I truly appreciate the pride he takes in his work. Marlon, thank you for your exceptional service, your patience, your honesty, and your commitment to going above and beyond. You have absolutely earned my trust, my continued business, and my highest recommendation! 10/10 — HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“We were very impressed with David. He was professional and explained every step of what was needed to get rid of our problem. He shared pictures and his personal contact information so we could keep in touch. The job was expensive but on the day of work there were 7 or 8 people here all day. They were all polite and friendly as well as cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend David and Green Hornet for your pest needs.”

“We had Natural Science Exterminating come out to a property we own in Mission Viejo after hearing some noises in the attic. They did an inspection and found clear signs of rodentslots of droppings and nesting material. Honestly, it was gross; but, they handled everything professionally and thoroughly. They did a full attic clean-out, replacing the contaminated insulation and making sure everything was disinfected and treated. They replaced the insulation with TAP insulation, which is thermal, acoustic, and pest-resistant. The team was incredibly friendly and respectful of our property. We feel so much better knowing that our attic is clean and rodent-free now. Highly recommend them!”

“Hawx Pest Control truly exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, their expertise was clear. They thoroughly explained every step of the process—detailing exactly what needed to be done in each area of our home, both inside and out. It was incredibly reassuring to know they had a clear plan tailored specifically for our space. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and transparent they were. They took the time to walk us through what to expect, how the treatments work. It wasn’t just a service—it felt like a true partnership in keeping our home protected. And the results? Incredible. Since the service, we’ve noticed a huge difference—especially in the yard. The bugs that used to be everywhere are now virtually non-existent, and you can actually see the die-off happening. It’s made being outside so much more enjoyable. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and effective pest control, look no further. Hawx Pest Control gets the job done right. Highly recommend!”
