“The estimator scheduled time to visit immediately after I reached out. He was thorough and spent slot of time in the attic and in crawl space taking pics of all the insulation that had fallen down due to a terrible rat infestation we didn’t know we had. He gave us a thorough estimate on the spot, followed up with a written quote the following day. We had the date to do the work on site within another few days and the crew showed up on time. They pulled an entire box truck filled up with our old insulation, patched up the holes where rats were entering, disinfected the crawlspace and replaced everything in 1 day. Great success.”

“Recommend to anyone looking for quality work. We are 100% satisfied with 5 stars”

“Highly recommend Steve for his professionalism. Job well done quickly with no frills”

“I cannot recommend Brandon’s Attic Rodent Control enough. They recently tackled a major job in my crawl space, and their work quality and professionalism were unmatched. They completely cleaned out the space, removed all biohazard waste, sealed up every single rodent entry point, and installed new insulation perfectly. What really blew me away was their generosity and care. They noticed the exhaust duct running from under my kitchen cooktop was badly chewed up by rodents. Even though it wasn't part of the original estimate, they kindly removed the broken duct and installed a brand-new one the exact same day! They offer incredible value for this level of thorough, honest work. If you want a team that goes above and beyond to protect your home, Brandon’s attic rodent control is the one in my humble opinion.”

“Fast response, transparency with cost and what they provide, no upselling, and they were great with listening to what service it was that I was looking for. They completed stage one and they’ll be back for stage two in a couple of days. I am new to the neighborhood and I have some concerns regarding my neighbors yard so I want to get ahead of any potential problems with pest or insects. I explained that to Brian and he let me know exactly what preventative measures they could take to make sure I’d be free and clear of any future problems.”

“The free consultation service they provide was excellent! Got great advice from a very helpful employee who showed up right on time. Such a contrast with other pest services in the area...”
