After talking with Mak and sending photos, he concluded that we did not have moles or anything they could treat. Normally that would be the end of the interaction. Instead Mak offered to send my photos to other professionals to help me diagnose the problem. Once I discovered what the problem was (rats, unfortunately), he offered again to help me find someone to help. If that is how they treat a non customer, I can only imagine what great service they would provide to a paying customer. If I ever have a mole problem (let's hope not), I know who I will call!”
