“Roman was amazing! My water heater broke yesterday morning, and he responded quickly on Thumbtack. He came by the same morning, explained my options clearly, and helped me choose the best solution. By the afternoon, he had installed a new water heater efficiently and left my garage spotless. His pricing was very fair and reasonable. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process—you can really tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers rather than just making a quick buck. He even provided a labor warranty, which gave me complete peace of mind.”

“This is the best plumbing experience I have ever had! I needed a toilet reinstalled and a new faucet installed. The estimate and the work happened on the same day- I am so happy to have my bathroom back!”

“Excellent service from JetPipe Plumbing! Kiril came out and provided a much better solution for my sump pump pipe leaking problem, which had not been properly fixed the first time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure the repair was done correctly. I really appreciate that JetPipe honored their warranty and completed the improved repair at no additional charge. It is great to see a company stand behind their work and take care of their customers. Highly recommend JetPipe Plumbing and Kiril for their quality service and commitment to doing the job right!”

“He was very knowledgeable and professional. I definitely will hire him for my next plumbing job!”

“Michael and his team are fantastic. We had a sewer back up and knew that we had major problems with the sewer lines and they would need to be replaced, a big messy job required excavation under the house and I was worried I would lose my whole garden. We got 4 quotes, widely different. Michael and Major League were the only ones who brought a camera to go through the pipes and diagnosed the problems, found the leak underground, and came up with a way to save a lot of my plants. His quote was clear, and he had great communication about tweaks to the quote. Fantastic, thorough job, good clean up. Very happy overall and would recommend to anyone.”

“Abraham, was quick to respond and I was able to schedule the following day, he is on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend him.”
