“Great people and great company. I have a complicated case that involved landlord, tenant, old construction built 40 years ago. The two young plumbers (Luis/Kevin) came for estimates. They thoroughly evaluated the situation, took pictures, and consulted with their manager for optimal solution. Later a more senior plumber Jose came to evaluate and gave very useful suggestions. They spent an hour with me only to help figure out a good solution for my situation without any pushing to use their services. Really amazing people.”

“Natan came immediately to rescue my house. I broke a 70 year old water supply pipe at the shut-off valve imbedded in the stucco wall of our house. We would be without water until it was repaired. Natan not only repaired the break, but designed and installed a much upgraded valve system. That old valve had been trouble for years. The next time our old house has a plumbing issue, we will call him.”

“I used Max when I was a building manager in San Francisco for 8 years. He was always fast, courteous, and professional. In 8 years, everything he did was perfect. Water heaters, sewer replacement, gas pipe, tankless water heaters, copper pipe, he did it all at a good price. The only time I was mad at Max was when he went on vacation and I had to hire another plumber. That's when I realized how good I had it with Max. He really is the best I've ever worked with.”

“Mr. Jimmy was punctual and worked carefully to unclog 2 of my apartment sinks that had become extremely difficult to unclog due to years of use and aging pipes. He did tidy work, and was very personable and professional when explaining how he would accomplish the work. I highly recommend his services!”

“We have a drain pipe rusted and broken, so contacted a pro to replace it. The communication was super smooth and they got the job done quickly. Definitely would recommend working with them!”

“Alex and the team at 3A Plumbing did a fantastic job. What we thought was a clog turned out to be a badly corroded cast-iron pipe run that was preventing proper drainage. After getting multiple quotes, Alex gave us the most thorough assessment and recommended a more focused scope of work than other plumbers had proposed. His team replaced the piping on one entire side of our house (about half the system) in a single day, at a reasonable price. They arrived promptly, communicated clearly, kept everything clean, and did a very thorough post-work inspection to make sure everything was working properly. I also appreciated they used top quality materials like Charlotte Pipe, and installed adjustable straps that should make future repairs easier. I’d gladly recommend Alex and 3A Plumbing again.”
