Tejasvi R. says, “I highly recommend this company for their prompt service, expertise, and excellent workmanship.”
Daniel Q. says, “We had company over, and it was a quick and pleasant experience. We got back to the holiday quickly.”
John McLenegan says, “Natan came immediately to rescue my house. I broke a 70 year old water supply pipe at the shut-off valve imbedded in the stucco wall of our house. We would be without water until it was repaired. Natan not only repaired the break, but designed and installed a much upgraded valve system. That old valve had been trouble for years. The next time our old house has a plumbing issue, we will call him.”
Jarret W. says, “Had another company I found on thumbtack cancel on me after a time was set and I adjusted my schedule. I contacted HenSam and he immediately responded to my message. Gave direction on what to buy, and was early as well. I trust his work ethic and professionalism. I will definitely use him in the future if an issue comes about!!!”
Sarah Vanier says, “I was helping my mom get quotes for a galvanized-to-copper repipe, and I came across the reviews of Abarcas on another platform. I called around to get multiple bids. Juan was extremely prompt with booking a time to come out and give us an estimate. He gave us an estimate that day, and it was very competitive. After seeing the other quotes and learning their processes, We felt most comfortable going forward with Juan and his team. They were able to schedule it for less than 2 weeks out, which was great. They handled all of the permits with the city, And on the day they were scheduled, they were in and out in one day. We had a couple of issues after - nothing to the fault of the installation - one with a leak detector they installed per our request (and we didnt have our app settings right) and another with the sprinklers (valve issues.) Juan was very patient and talked to us and came out, even though the issues were unrelated to the repipe. I would highly recommend using Abercos If you ever need a re-pipe service - honest, communicative, and good follow-through.”
Andrea Q. says, “Knockout is the most time and economic efficient company. They abided with their committed timeline pretty well. There was a small hiccup on one day, Edgar and his team owned it up and made sure the people living in were taken care of. They also left no residual work behind. Everything was taken care of as promised. Highly recommended, especially for repiping job where you need the professionals.”
Jeff J. says, “I enjoyed working with Fernando and his team very much. I had a huge plumbing issue at my fourplex where the entire main line in the crawl space needed to be replaced - as it was the original pipe from 1929 and it was cracked and broken, causing a big mess. I had four professionals come out and take a look and Fernando was the most prompt in getting me a quote - he also assured me he could do the job without much inconvenience to the tenants. Some of the other professionals told me that I would need to vacate the building for a week which was going to be a huge hassle and expense. Fernando did the originally quoted work promptly and worked with me and my tenants to find the best possible time to do it that would be the most convenient for them. He also ended up performing some additional work while here at a reasonable cost: he replaced the pipe below the foundation at the front of the building and added a two way clean out at the front of the building. He also ran a camera with me to show me how everything looked which helped provide peace of mind. He offered a 8 year warranty with his work, and I'm very satisfied as it was quite a stressful project to deal with and Fernando and his team made it much less stressful. He provided photos and videos throughout the project which was also very helpful.”
Leslie T. says, “I submitted my leaking water heater issue to multiple pros on Thumbtack, and Joe was one of the first to respond- fast, clear, and with the most reasonable pricing I received. He even came out that same night to help. He was originally prepared to drain and remove the old water heater, but once I realized that shutting off the water would leave my unit without water for the night and early morning, I asked him not to proceed. Joe was completely understanding, didn’t make a fuss about the change of plans, and instead used the visit to take measurements and make sure everything was set for the next day. He returned the following day and replaced the entire water heater quickly and professionally. Throughout the whole process, he was responsive, pleasant, and honest about pricing which I really appreciated during a stressful situation. I’m very happy with the work and would absolutely call Joe again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!”
Joe V. says, “Did exactly what they said very responsive when no one else was top-notch!!”
David Garibaldi says, “We contacted Repipe Specialists to repipe our house from the old galvanized pipe to new Pex Pipe as we had yellow brown water with no pressure in our shower, sinks, rust in the toilets. You couldn't turn on the sink while someone was in the shower or they would freeze as the hot water supply was the worst. From the time Randy came out and gave us our presentation on the repipe, we knew his knowledge and professionalism really impressed us and we took the plunge. The men doing the work took the time to protect all of our furnishings and flooring, were very efficient and knowledgeable, skilled and completed the repipe in the time quoted and maybe sooner. We were very pleased with the piping as now we have good pressure, clean water and no smell just like a new house. The city inspector even asked who had done the work as the walls were patched professionally and all piping was done to code. Inspector commented that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in this area. All we did was lighty paint. A lot of nice people were involved and we have already recommended Repipe Specialists to our friends and acquaintances.”
