While others insisted we needed a new pump and filter for our vacuum to work (including our old pool guy), Luis told us we only needed a new filter—and he was right! That saved us money, which we used to install a new salt cell instead (less maintenance—love it!). He also did a shock treatment that cleared up buildup on the pool floor and steps. Other companies said we’d need to resurface the pool to make it look good again—Luis proved that wasn’t necessary. He was prompt, professional, and responsive, and came exactly when he said he would.
