“Their representative Rafael did not try to upsell a simple roof repair into a whole roof repair. That was refreshing, and unlike some other companies who quoted the project. I was also impressed that per my request, the follow up was all by text instead of time-wasting phone calls. He also left the most professional leave behind collateral I think I've ever seen from a contractor. Thank you for that. And, I had inadvertently double booked Gulf Shield with another company at the same time, Rafael was willing to wait his turn. I thought that was honorable, ethical, and a pretty cool gesture. I was also impressed by Daryl and his team's work at fixing the problem. They took 108 pictures of what they did, which is simply amazing! One of them is included in this review. Well done! Lastly, when I noticed a simple billing error, they were quick to own the mistake and resolve it. I think these guys are trustworthy and I would have them return again the next time when we need a roof repair or whole roof installation.”

“Barrier builder sent a team to assess and explain how the repair options, set up a contract, and repaired it nicely! Communications (text and in person) were clear and transparent. Timeline got dragged on a little but understandable because of all the rain we are getting (good test for the new roof!). Overall really happy with the service - Thank you!”
