“was excellent from start to finish, everything was completed as promised, and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Its not easy to find a roofing contractor you can truly trust, but these guys are the real deal. Fair pricing, great attention to detail, clean work, and a team that genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.I highly recommend Black Ladder Group to anyone looking for roofing services. I would absolutely work with them again!”

“Jose is a great guy who does phenomenal work! He repaired the crown on my chimney, replaced the flashing, added a cap, and did a full roof replacement. His professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work were outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, kept me informed throughout the entire project, and sent photos along the way so I could see the progress firsthand. It’s hard to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and genuinely cares about keeping the customer informed and satisfied. I highly recommend Jose and will absolutely be recommending him to anyone who needs roofing or chimney work done. Great guy, great work, and a great overall experience!”

“Very responsive and informative and my repair work was done quickly and done well at a fair price.”

“With all the choices and exterior contractors, this one rises above the rest. Prompt service, friendly technicians, and overall A+ craftsmanship. I wish I had more projects to do so I could hire them again!! 10/10”

“Didn't go with them but they were very responsive”

“Over the top roofing replaced the shingles and roof decking for our detached single car garage. They did high quality work and finished the job in a single morning. They also came out very quickly for the estimate, and the price was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend over the top roofing!”
