“It’s often difficult to find a competent contractor who is willing to take on small projects, but my roof repair was finished promptly and to my satisfaction for only $200. We’ll probably need to replace our roof in the next 5 years and MKS Construction will be the first roofer we call.”

“Troy was great to work with, he was able to give us a quote and get the job done all within the same week. Quality work at a reasonable price, will definitely be hiring him in the future.”

“We were very happy with how quickly the old roof was removed and the new roof and gutters were put on. The roof looks great, and the project manager Mike Babski was very easy to work with.”

“I am extremely happy with the work! Check out the photos I added. This was an urgent matter. Water was getting in and ruining the ceiling. Donald and his company responded very quickly, did what they could do in the rain and by noon the next day the work was complete. I am 100% confident that you will be satisfied with the outcome of your roofing project. I highly recommend this company!”

“These guys came to our home and put a whole new beautiful roof on. They fixed our intake issue and a lifetime warranty means we will never pay out of pocket for another roof.100% pleased.”

“John was so nice to work with. Very professional, hard working and respectful. Did a great job on my chimney and is coming back in the spring to do roof repairs.”
