“He swiftly installed the security camera/floodlight, resolved the HVAC wiring issue, and had both thermostats configured on our network in no time. Great attitude, too. When Wi-Fi issues slowed getting the camera configured, I tried to let him off the hook, saying "I'll work it out later..." He gently said, "I'm here to help you get it right... if you like, let's finish it." And we did. Best of all, despite having to work on electrical panel, both HVAC units inside and out, in the attic, back patio, he left everything buttoned up as if they'd never been here (even changed the furnace filter!) Thanks Pro Techs Mechanical! You've earned my trust!”

“Very high quality workmanship and experience. Everything was explained in detail and with thoughtfulness. This is my new HVAC technician!!”

“Good and reasonable install on a Nest Thermostat.”

“Great working with Richard, installed a new thermostat.”

“The guy was able to install my new learning thermostat which was missing a C-power wire using a power connector, I had several pros coming to my house before and they weren't able to figure it out. It saved me money that the guy was able to do it this way and knew what to do because we didn't have to break the wall to run a new cable from furnace to thermostat. So far, the system is working great with the new thermostat”

“He did an excellent job replacing my old thermostats with new ones. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was installed properly. The whole process went smoothly, and I’m very happy with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. I would definitely hire them again!”
