“Very professional and workmanship was of a very high quality. Will definitely call him again for other plumbing projects.”

“He replaced and installed two toilets for me at a fair price and very professionally done. Will use him again on other projects.”

“Was able to get my toilet installed at a fraction of the price of some other plumbers that quoted me and includes a 2 year warranty. Also an honest plumber. A different plumber quoted me a price and then once on site they tried to tell me there was an issue and it would cost $1,000 more than they quoted. I told that plumber to leave and I called S&C, who came out quick and stayed true to their price and also reassured me that there was no other issues.”

“He found the right part and offered to have me order it to save money or he could order it and come back and install it. I appreciated his honesty and his willingness to help me maintain a useful piece of equipment.”

“After looking at the issues we are having with our shower head and toilet, he explained in easy to understand language what caused the problems and what needed to be done to correct the situations. He also noticed that the compression tank on the water heater needed an immediate replacement & why. He provided some suggestions that would save us some money. He was both professional as well as friendly.”

“We are very happy that we worked with Alec and Tyler! We were having issues with our garage flooding and suspected that the issue had to do with a clogged pipe that was supposed to divert water away from our house. I researched who to contact and found Zoom drain and ended up only reaching out to them because they had great reviews on NextDoor and on Google. It seemed that most customers appreciated their responsiveness, their expertise, and their professionalism. I had a very consistent experience with them - scheduling was very easy and they worked with my schedule and came when they said they would. They found the issue and it unfortunately was a completely collapsed pipe that required more work than I was expecting. Thankfully, they gave me a quote for repair prior to starting the work and returned later that morning to fix the pipe. It has been several weeks and we have had some good rains and we have not had any issues with flooding whatsoever. I appreciated that the owner, Tyler, personally called me to troubleshoot prior to our appointment and he also came with Alec to investigate the flooding issue. Alec was also knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix our pipe and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Highly recommend!”
