“My 86 yr old father-in-law attempted to help me with installation of a bidet in a tight space and thought he broke the connection. I felt terrible because he was so exhausted. :( I hit up Raptor on Thumbtack after looking at reviews on Nextdoor and they quickly responded and sent the nicest guy, Roy, the next morning. Roy found it was a faulty part (which made my FIL feel better). He handled it in minutes with a smile and didn’t charge us! Like what?? So rare. We will be using this company from now on.”

“They helped troubleshoot the issue with our broken water heater, figured out a replacement, and installed it quickly and neatly with excellent service. Duke was extremely responsive and professional.”

“Cleaned out the clog and also checked sink & toilet water flow to ensure no other issues. Very thorough and responsive. Highly recommend!”

“Hossein was very quick and efficient repairing two broken wall heaters. He will be my go-to for any electrical needs.”

“The repair was done efficiently, and he also checked the water heater and even discovered a gas leak spot in the gas piping that we were unaware of. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!”

“furnace, it wasn't throwing out much heat, so he checked every single wire and discovered a few loose wires, so he put new caps on them turned on my heater to make sure it was heating up properly. He was so nice and very easy to talk to. I was very happy with him and I would definitely recommend Vince at his company Elevated HVAC Technologies.”
