“Sea Renovation just completed a deck project at my house. First, I met with Tom, who discussed design, cost, and available products. He attentively listened to my preferences and offerred helpful suggestions. All aspects of the project were discussed upfront, including payment, scheduling, and product selection and availability. I had received estimates from other companies and their quoted price was competetive. After I decided to move forward with them, they quickly demolished and hauled away the old deck, then immediately began the constuction of the new deck. The work crew was always on time and worked conscientiously. Their work was of high qualiity and thoroughness with apparent advanced knowledge and skills in construction! At the end of each day, the work area was cleared of debris. My new deck is attractive, solid, and exactly what I wanted. There were no unexpected problems or delays. I will use Sea Renovation for future construction projects!Big thanks to Tom and the team!!!”

“Every aspect of the job from replacing the floors to painting, refinishing the kitchen, bathroom vanities, to updating the deck and garage came out just beautifully. I also appreciated Alexs advice on various options and opportunities to find cost effective, timely solutions to every problem. Alex was always available to answer any questions and oversaw every detail, to ensure stellar quality. To top that off, the entire team was just a pleasure to work with, very friendly and professional crew. I am very happy with the end result of the project and would highly recommend Alexs company for a home project of any scale.”

“CLR Construction refinished my balcony and replaced the railing. I've worked with contractors before and I have to say, it was probably the most pleasant experience ever! Cara was super available and flexible during the planning phase (I'm a nervous client and had a ton of questions!) Everyone showed up on time, was courteous, careful and clean. But what impressed me the most was the SPEED! They took my balcony apart (and cleaned up) in a couple of hours! They put it back together in 6, adding a waterproof membrane on top. The next morning the team put together the railing! The entire job was done in 10 hours!!! I absolutely recommend CLR Construction for your deck project! They are the best!!!”

“Covered deck off the kitchen in Bothell. Probably one of the better things we've done to the house. I can finally grill when its raining which around here is basically all the time lol”

“The people at Expedeck were great to work with, from start to finish. The owner, Peter, was involved and responsive. We are very happy with how our deck turned out and have received lots of compliments on it. Love the Deckorators product. Highly recommend!”

“I worked with David and the team at NW Expert Builders in Seattle, and they did an incredible job on my backyard. They designed and built a Trex composite deck that wraps around my home, featuring a custom privacy wall, Trex decking, cable railing, and a waterproofing rain escape system that creates a dry, usable area under the deck. The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Every detail of the composite decking installation was handled with care, from design to final build. My new backyard deck has completely transformed my outdoor living space, making it perfect for relaxing and entertaining year-round. If you’re searching for reliable Seattle deck builders who specialize in Trex composite decks, privacy walls, cable railing, waterproof deck systems, and outdoor living space design, I highly recommend NW Expert Builders. David and his crew delivered a project that is both functional and beautiful, adding lasting value to my home.”
