“Angel is the one true professional that keeps his word. He shows up on time and get the job done and is super knowledgeable.”

“Very clean, on time and kept me informed through the process”

“He gave me a couple of options for cleaning out my drain. I was very happy with the work and Enrique was very helpful and personable. Thank you for coming so quickly without any upcharge for a Saturday, like several others I contacted. Thank you!”

“He was professional and polite, cleaned up after the job, and most importantly, the shower is no longer dripping, and the kitchen sink is draining like it should. yay! He explained in detail and showed me what was inside the pipes when I asked to see the camera. They did suggest an additional treatment that we weren't ready to deal with quite yet but there was no pressure or pushback, which I greatly appreciate.”

“I always use Ritz because they communicate and act fast. This is the 6th time Ive used them (toilet issues, septic tank, sink drain issues and more). My Water Heater went down at 6pm and they asked me if I wanted it fixed that same day. I told them tomorrow. They showed up at 10am and were completed with a new water heater (replaced and took the old one out) by 12pm effortlessly. The team was very hospitable and kind. They are the only ones I call!”
