“Crystal is exceptionally professional. Installed my thermostat. Really happy with her craftsmanship and knowledge.”

“We chose to use this company when our A/C decided to go out, they did not disappoint. We had this issue on a Sunday and called several other companies with no response, but Rise was prompt and quick to set up an appointment. Monday morning Devon came out, and diagnosed the problem within the hour. He went over the different options for service plans and recommendations, without putting pressure on us which was awesome. He showed us in detail the diagnostic results, pictures of issues and future issues we might consider. We decided on a plan and Devon immediately got the ball rolling with getting the part ordered and even surprised us with same day repair by Fabian. Fabian was the tech who installed the part and got our A/C working. We did have a slight issue with the outside unit after Fabian left, but as soon as we contacted the company they quickly had Fabian return and correct the issue. We appreciate the prompt service, great communication, and knowledgeable, trustworthy technicians. We even signed up for their maintenance plan which was a great deal. Thank you Devon and Fabian we appreciate you both. Thank you Rise Service Company for being available when all the others weren't.”

“I can't say enough good things about this team. Chris answered my request for an estimate immediately and showed up the same day. They gave me a very fair price and installed the unit within a couple of days. The work crew was very polite and did nice clean work. I seldom ever get service like this that was a homerun from start to finish. Thanks guys!”

“Done a new install very good job”

“Jo and Andres were amazing to work with. My original company the one that installed my AC system just three years ago provided poor customer service and tried to charge an outrageous labor fee, even though the part was still covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. As a local customer who has also invested in yearly maintenance plans, this was extremely frustrating. Jo took the time to listen to my situation, provided a fair estimate, and even waived their diagnostic service fee. When Andres arrived, he was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and took the time to educate us on what was actually going on. I wasn’t just looking for a fair price I wanted professionalism and a better customer experience, and that’s exactly what I received. While I’m not thrilled to have dealt with this issue, their team made the process much more manageable. I’ll definitely be doing business with Apollo again in the future.”

“Fixed a problem that was due to the original install being done poorly (not by them). I am impressed.”
