“There was a bit of a hiccup with all the messaging via voicemail texting and thumbtack app so I missed some things with phone/voice/message tag but after things were coordinated all the work promised in first part of contrast was done on time and to satisfaction. Awaiting follow up visit in a couple of weeks for completion of contract work necessitated by pest situation, and can’t fairly judge warranty only a few days after first step but can recommend for quick responses and work.”

“I needed to enlarge my range hood duct size from 6 to 8, and I found EM Energy through my home warranty company. They quickly reached out and scheduled an appointment with me. The entire process was very efficient, and Steve not only replaced the old duct but also resolved the noise issue with my range hood. I truly appreciate their excellent service and expertise.”

“Vanguard were quick to respond to my queries for inspection when I contacted them regarding possible signs of termites. Jim came in for inspection and patiently answered all my questions around termites and other WDO that I had as first time home owner. He reassured me regarding their plan of action and quality of work. Gabriel and Robert were very professional with the application of the fix. They did their own walkthrough, checking other areas of the house as well and identified a couple of other small areas. They explained how the treatment would be applied. They were quick and efficient, and later gave tips and info on next steps, scheduling inspections and ensuring the problem gets taken care of. overall great service and leaves us feeling more secure about the problem”

“Recommend to anyone looking for quality work. We are 100% satisfied with 5 stars”

“Highly recommend Steve for his professionalism. Job well done quickly with no frills”

“Fast response, transparency with cost and what they provide, no upselling, and they were great with listening to what service it was that I was looking for. They completed stage one and they’ll be back for stage two in a couple of days. I am new to the neighborhood and I have some concerns regarding my neighbors yard so I want to get ahead of any potential problems with pest or insects. I explained that to Brian and he let me know exactly what preventative measures they could take to make sure I’d be free and clear of any future problems.”
