“Alex was very knowledgeable and was never the “sale pitch exterminator”. The prompt responses received from Attic Crawl were enough to make me only use their service, but Alex made my impression of the company even better! I will go forward with Attic Crawl for any type of exterminator. Thank you so much Attic Crawl!”

“Ron and his crew were amazing. So thorough and helpful. They showed me what they were doing as the day went along. I feel confident we have found our solution to infestation.Great job. Friendly and communicative.Very pleased.”

“Cant imagine doing this job (crawl spaces, rodents, ants, wasps, spiders) so to always have kind, thorough, polite technicians is a testament to a good caring company that is also always dependable!”

“It is beyond appreciated and quite refreshing to work with a company with excellent communication, clear and transparent cost w/ detailed explanation, and who knows how to hire the right human beings to be the professionals that are the face and representatives of the company such as Levi. From sign up, to scheduling, and then first treatment, the experience was five stars and beyond. I am not new to requesting this line of work for homes I have previously rented/owned and so I was able to research different companies and compare them to my previous experiences in other cities I lived in such as Seattle, Chicago, and Southern Illinois. Insight Pest Solutions surpassed my previous experiences as they are far more savvy with communication by text, email, and ease of scheduling/rescheduling initial appointments. Levi was the professional who was the face and representative of the company for our first in person treatment. He was exceptionally organized in his approach from start to end including the introduction, explanation/notice that he was training the young man with him, Casey and what that entailed, and provided the expectations for the treatment that day as well as in the future. They came prepared with shoe covers which I appreciate (more so for areas of the bedrooms rather than the carpeted stairs near the front door) greatly. They did not leave a square inch of the home un-evaluated or untreated both indoors and outdoors. I will also say that Levi was clearly knowledgeable about his profession, could clearly communicate in a calm & friendly manner that was completely genuine which is not something professionals automatically know how to do without experience, humility, and self-awareness (in my opinion). For me, the genuine human approach always makes a business and its professionals stand out because it has become a rare gem in this world of sell, up-mark, profits, and robots. I am genuinely happy I went with Insight Pest solutions as the experience put my mind at ease. I hope the company also recognizes Levi as an asset and someone to retain long term as there are so few professionals left in this world with his mannerisms, disposition, communication style, and professionalism.”

“Quite a different experience from your usual "pest control". We've had issues with critters inside walls and we're concerned they might start chewing some wires. Patrick went through our attic and crawl spaces along with a complete outside review. He identified the possible areas of concern, patced them up and then set traps to capture any lingering pests. Checked the attic and crawl space both times before calling it good. It was a little more expensive than what I expected at the beginning but I feel pretty good now about the fixes and work he performed!”

“Happy with the service and professionalism”
