“She is very knowledgeable and gave me honest recommendations to make the most informed decision for my situation.”

“I was dealing with a stressful rodent issue in my crawl space and had initially received a quote from a large pest control company that felt incredibly overpriced. I reached out to Attic Crawl for a second opinion, and they quoted me almost exactly half the price for even more work! Alex came for inspection and estiamte, and he was incredibly thorough, honest, and straightforward. He didn't use scare tactics or try to upsell me on things I didn't need. When it came time for the actual project, Jesse and his crew were phenomenal. They handled the rodent exclusion, sanitizing, and duct rewrapping with superb quality and professionalism. They even provided the before-and-after photos I requested so I could verify the excellent work without having to crawl under the house myself. If you are in the Bellevue or Greater Seattle area and need crawl space work, do yourself a favor and get a quote from Alex and the team before you sign anything. They deliver top-tier work at a very fair price.”

“I had rodents in my crawl space along with the need to replace the insulation. Ron and the crew came and worked efficiently and effectively. They addressed the holes, replaced the vapor barrier, and re-insulated. Ron advised me of some other concerns and was happy to show me in person where the issues were. Thanks for the good work.”

“On time, courteous and technician was very professional”

“Cant imagine doing this job (crawl spaces, rodents, ants, wasps, spiders) so to always have kind, thorough, polite technicians is a testament to a good caring company that is also always dependable!”

“We worked with Emerald wildlife control for a small incident with animal in our home. They were great and very professional. Very responsive and took care of the backyard in a timely manner by following the standards.”
