While he was here, I asked him to take a look at a stubborn leak on our newly installed bathroom sink drains something I'd spent a lot of time troubleshooting on my own. He diagnosed it in second (the locknut on the drain assembly simply needed to be tightened further to fully compress the rubber seal) and resolved it on the spot.
