“Unfortunately, the problem only became apparent when a leak in the sunroom developed. Opening the ceiling, we discovered massive dry rot and even mold. And the ceiling was ready to collapse. The deck, railing, roof, ceiling rafters, and ceiling drywall all had to be removed. And, it was already October (2025) and heavy storms had started. I talked to Kohei over the phone, and he came out the following day, a Friday, to inspect the property and give an estimate. I received the estimate which was fair (less than I had expected) that day. Work began the following Monday! The back of the house was covered under a large tarp, which they worked under, often in heavy rains. Kohei's workers were professional and extremely productive. By the following Saturday, just 6 days later, all new rafters had been placed in the ceiling and a new TPO roof installed, replacing the previous torch down roof. After the roof was installed, Kohei had a second team install a new and now composite deck. This was complex given the structure of the back room. After the deck was installed, they added and painted new sheetrock on the ceiling in the lower room. Kohei then had a metal fabricator (Luigi), really an artist, hand craft and install a new metal hand railing, which is beautiful. Summary: Kohei and his team were skilled, professional, and hardworking. They got the job done in record time. The quality of the work is impressive and far surpassed what I was hoping for. They adapted their schedule to the terrible October weather. They absolutely stuck to their estimate, which was fair to begin with. The communication was good. And they calmed my panic. If I could give 503 Builders a higher rating than five, the top number, I would. I definitely plan to use them for future jobs.”

“I recently hired Evergreen Renewal Services LLC for a major home renovation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The scope of work was massive: they replaced a standard 6ft French door with a heavy, stunning 12ft sliding patio door. This required extensive demo, framing, and new drywall, and they handled it all flawlessly. One of the most impressive parts of their service was how they handled my existing cabinetry. They managed to remove all the large oak units as single pieces without any damage, relocating and adjusting them into my office and garage. It was a difficult task that required immense skill and care. They also completely reimagined my living area by remodeling the fireplace wall. They built a new structure with modern lighted niches and extended the wall for a contemporary look. If you want a team that is highly skilled, careful with your home, and offers very fair pricing, I cannot recommend Evergreen Renewal Services enough! I have attached some pictures of the project including before and after ones.”

“In addition to the kitchen renovations, there was some other work with the house that needed to be done which I asked them about along the way, which they happily agreed to do (exterior siding re-installed, demo and leveling of the floor in preparation for flooring installation and a large window replacement due to a crack along the entire seal.) The VMR Custom (Vlad, Mike, Russ and all of their sub-contractors,) are a wonderful team and very pleasant to work with. With the much needed work that goes into any home renovation, I will continue to contact VMR Custom to get the job done. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient, friendly and honest in the work that they provide with outstanding workmanship and very skilled and talented in what they do. I highly recommend them to do any house project that you are considering!”

“Ben is amazing! He exceeded my expectations on my bathroom/kitchen remodel and did it in a really short time frame. He was also super flexible when another vendor needed to push back a date. When going over my project, he took the time to explain how we could save money by altering certain parts of the project. He worked collaboratively with us which was great because we've never remodeled before. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work that Casey and his team did on my fireplace area! From the beginning, Casey invested a significant amount of time to provide an accurate estimate, which I greatly appreciated. The entire team he brought on board was fantastic, and their professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with Casey's attention to detail; he truly ensured that the final result exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely hire Octopus Project Management for future home projects as they arise. Highly recommend!”

“Previous contractor demolished the bathroom and then tripled the original estimate and said it would take an additional 3 weeks to complete the work. Mike came out and looked at mess and was very helpful & accommodating with the rushed timeline. I met Mike yesterday, the crew came out this morning and 8 hours later my bathroom was complete. ELM Construction Thank you so much for your amazing work! I will definitely be using ELM Construction for my future projects.”
