Michelle B. says, “Jeff’s team was great. Responsive, flexible and were able to make it out quickly to help. Knowledgeable and will definitely hire them again!”
Stanley Staco says, “heater left us without hot water. I was impressed by how responsive they were and was able to schedule a Monday morning appointment. The technicians arrived within the promised time window.Unfortunately, the first technician crew sent were overwhelmed by the issue. After taking photos he repeatedly presented authorization forms and charges before even explaining the problem or proposed solution if any would even be viable. Despite being informed that an electrician had already verified the wiring, he kept suggesting and pushing that the issue is electrical and he clearly uncertain about the next steps. To Addario's credit, once the situation was escalated, a supervisor quickly recognized that a different skill set was needed and reassigned the job to another team. The replacement technicians were outstandingprofessional, knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough. They quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repairs and costs, and worked diligently for several hours to restore our hot water. They also took the time to explain follow-up recommendations to prevent future problems. The final cost was close to $900, which is significant, but given the emergency nature of being without hot water, I needed the issue resolved quickly. In the end, the second team earned this review and turned what was becoming a frustrating experience into a positive outcome.”
Kira H. says, “They responded quickly and came out the next day to look at a non-emergency issue. They communicated well about arrival time, and were knowledgeable about our heating system.”
Rick S. says, “They went above and beyond to make sure all the water was flowing smoothly and other things. Highly recommend them.”
Jonathan A. says, “I went with Net Zero for furnace maintenance. Peter came to my house on time, was professional, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend this company for all heating/cooling needs.”
Tom Smulligan says, “My tankless hot water system stopped producing hot water and show showing no error codes of any kind. I did all the normal checks of the filters, but nothing helped. I had called my "normal" plumbing company, but since it was a Saturday and not an "emergency", they said they could come out on Monday. I did some looking around and came across EMC LLC. Emerson not only came out that Saturday, it was exactly when he said he would be there -- in the middle of a storm as well. He was able to figure out the issue and track down the parts, which included him driving an hour round trip to get the parts. I'm 100% dumping my old company and having Emerson and his crew handle any future plumbing&HVAC needs.”
Mike M. says, “Peter installed a water heater for me and was fast to respond, sent his guys out quickly, completed the job professionally, and was easy to work with.”

Julia J. says, “I had a great experience with Alex from Ventiqo Mechanical Plumbing, Cooling & Heating. My central air conditioning suddenly stopped blowing cold air, and I was worried about getting it fixed quickly during the hot weather. From my first conversation with Alex, he was professional, responsive, and honest. He took the time to listen to what was happening and explained what he thought the issue might be. I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer my questions. When he came out for the repair, he arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had my central air running perfectly again. He clearly explained what the issue was, showed me the defective parts that needed to be replaced, and made sure I understood the repair process. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and never made me feel pressured into paying for unnecessary work.
