“He took plenty of time to inspect my bathroom setup and explained the technical issues and future risks of installing a complex shower unit on my specific wall pipe. Instead of forcing an installation, his honest assessment saved me from potential hidden water leaks. He installed my sink faucet flawlessly, tested cold/hot water flow, and cleaned up thoroughly. Wonderful customer service—5 stars well deserved!”

“Weve had them replace our broken water heater with a tankless one and install a water softener. Plus, theyve done a few small fixes around the house for us. Theyre the only plumbers we trust!”

“He clearly explained the installation process and pricing, without any pressure or upselling. The installation itself was excellent. Nick carefully checked the laundry room drain and bathroom water flow to ensure everything was working properly. The job was done efficiently, and the entire work area was left spotless, with all packaging and debris completely removed. He also took the time to give helpful advice on how to maintain the water softener, including what type of salt to use, which was very useful as a first-time user. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the entire experience felt trustworthy and professional from start to finish. After a past experience where an estimate almost doubled, I especially value honesty and transparency—and Nick and Smith’s Plumbing Services absolutely delivered that. I would highly recommend Smith’s Plumbing Services to anyone looking for fair pricing, reliable work, and a truly honest plumber.”

“Passionate Cooling and Heating installed an electric water heater for $600 less than the previous bid. Their company will be tending to my HVAC needs in Las Vegas going forward.”

“Our technician, Ranier, and installer, Harland, both did a really great job. The new unit they got us is clearly so much better quality than the old one we replaced. They helped us find the best way to pay for it they didnt break our bank as well. Thank you guys!”

“I just my first place and the seller did not install the dishwasher or put a drain pan under the full sized washer on the second floor. Omar came and installed the dishwasher and he and Kyle took care of the drain pan. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Highly recommend them to everyone”
