“Took care of installing an icemaker in our kitchen. Ran the water and drain lines from the icemaker into my kitchen drainage system, and installed a pump to ensure that any excess water would not overflow and flood my floor. Definitely recommend this company!”

“Mike came out and figured out the cause of our leaking sink after we have 2 other contractors who were unsuccessful in helping us solve our issue. We appreciate getting a phone call immediately after putting in a request for service and getting the next available appointment. We will for sure be using Done Right again for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you again to Mike for helping us.”

“Ray was sent out to disconnect our kitchen sink and garbage disposal ahead of a new countertop installation, and then to reconnect everything once the counters were in. He also flushed our water heater while he was at it. He arrived right on time, was professional and easy to work with, and got everything done cleanly and efficiently. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at a stubborn leak on our newly installed bathroom sink drains something I'd spent a lot of time troubleshooting on my own. He diagnosed it in second (the locknut on the drain assembly simply needed to be tightened further to fully compress the rubber seal) and resolved it on the spot. Knowledgeable, punctual, and didn't waste our time. Would absolutely call Ray again.”

“Kevin and Jorge snaked our main drain in less than 15 minutes and all our problems were gone. We live in Gilbert and Kevin and Jorge were at our house within 30 minutes of calling the main company line and scheduling an appointment.Kevin and Jorge were professional and polite through the entire visit and went the extra mile educating us along the way.Fast Layne answered the phone, scheduled us quickly and solved our problems within 2 hours of our original inquiry.”

“There was a small issue with the fan after the service and they offered to come out immediately and remedy the problem. Top rate service and completely informative. I would recommend them!”

“Came out the same night and did a great job snaking the drain!”
