“The original estimate was based on replacing the tankless water heater with the same Rinnai model. However, due to delivery damage to two units of that model, I had to switch to a different Rinnai model to avoid delaying the project further. Even though the replacement became more complex, Ben did not increase the price, which I really appreciated. Alex was the technician who completed the installation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He installed the new model cleanly and carefully, and took the time to explain important technical details, especially ensuring the condensate drain was routed correctly. Overall, I’m very happy with the project. The water heater has been running perfectly for several days now, and I’ve already told Ben and Alex that I would definitely recommend them to friends. They just started the plumbing business, but they’re reliable, fair, and genuinely nice people to work with.”

“The professional water heater installation was exceptional, completed efficiently in under three hours with strict adherence to local safety and venting codes. The technicians were polite and kept the workspace spotless, taking care of everything from the seismic strapping to the removal and disposal of the old unit”

“heaters over the years was efficient professional and upgraded the hoses and other connections thst the previous installer of our old water heater skimmped on due to ignorance or attempting to save a few dollars which was not adhering to bldg codes. He is fair and fast and will do it correctly the first time every time & makes sure that all questions are answered. If it a new or replacement Heat Pump or Tankless or Tank water heater without hesitation choose Antonio. He even made sure we knew where our water shut off valve is located and tested our water pressure!”

“Promax Service Group installed a replacement HVAC system for us. They were diligent and professional at every step. They were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to questions and requests. The day after the installation, we had a question, and they sent a technician over the same day to look at the issue. Wonderful service. We are enjoying having our AC back! Thank you.”

“Our water use was up and so was the bill. Where was the water? Our home should have been flooded. Michael at Major League Plumbing was out here day after being contacted, which was a weekend. He isolated the cause to the home. Then our toilets. Communication was clear. Prices were reasonable. It took a few days to see usage drop— but it has gone down (so far) by 20%.”

“The PipeOn team did an extraordinary job replacing my old hot water tank with a Navien instant water heater. They took the time to explain the best way to ensure my system would be efficient. And they respected my wishes for a clean and aesthetically pleasing installation. The result exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to my friends.”
