“We had a major water leak in the front yard and needed a repair man asap. Simba Pluming was excellent to work with! Jordan was our tech and got the work done quickly and efficiently. This was the second company to look at the situation and didn’t quote over 1K like the other company…. Way out of the budget. Plus my husband dug up the front yard and got half the work done already. We appreciate Simba for responding quickly and getting a tech out within our timeframe. Thank you!”

“Although the customer service was acceptable to get my business, once I agreed to use them for our laundry room leak, their professionalism was a bit lacking. The plumber was unprepared and had to go to Home Depot a couple of times to get the right parts. I felt like he didn't know what to do to repair the pipe going into the foundation, so he didn't do anything. He just dug the foundation around the pipe and put back the loose rock. He didn't redo the cement. Overall, he did a good job, however.”

“He responded quickly and did an excellent job repairing the water leak. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair. The work was completed efficiently and the problem was resolved properly. I really appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber.”

“I called on Saturday morning, as my garbage disposal was leaking everywhere under the sink and it was messy and smelly. Kevin was here in 1 hour. Very professional, super knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything. Very reasonable and fair for price! I will call on them with all my future plumbing needs.”

“They showed up on the same day I reached out, completed the job which was a bad leaking in my shower area, valve, storage room, where everything got wet and I did not know because I was out of the country for the last 3 weeks and had no idea about the extension of the damage nor the water was damaging everything. Well, Nathan was great, very professional, punctual and nice. I will be using this company again if something happens.”

“As it turned out, there was a crack in the tank and it was leaking. He presented me with my options, among them a new tankless unit, which I chose to do. They returned just a couple days later, hauled away the defective tank and installed the tankless beautifully. Pic is attached. Thank you AquaForce for your excellent and professional service. I will be calling you again when other plumbing needs arise. Highly recommend.”
