“He came out a took a look at my outside hose pipe which turned out to be a non-issue. I’m grateful, it would have been really easy to take advantage of the situation and charge for an unnecessary repair. It’s encouraging to know there are still honest companies out there during these tough economic times. I will definitely be calling Simba for any future plumbing needs. Thanks Adrian”

“I felt like he didn't know what to do to repair the pipe going into the foundation, so he didn't do anything. He just dug the foundation around the pipe and put back the loose rock. He didn't redo the cement. Overall, he did a good job, however.”

“He responded quickly and did an excellent job repairing the water leak. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair. The work was completed efficiently and the problem was resolved properly. I really appreciate the quality of service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber.”

“Ben quickly diagnosed the leaking pipe and provided a fair quote for the repair. He rebuilt the area using copper pipes and brass valves, and the work was done perfectly. Ben was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Excellent experience overall! Will definitely use this company again in the future.”

“The repair was completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to my day. The pricing was fair, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Ball Brothers Home Services for any plumbing issues—truly a reliable and skilled team!”

“From the first repair, Joel was super knowledgeable and communicative. I appreciated they explained everything every step of the way. I had a pipe burst under the foundation and Joel, Josh and Ryan were on the job. Their whole team was amazing and I appreciated their efforts!! AquaForce works closely with HyperDry Restoration and I’m grateful their teams work together because it made a not so great situation much easier to handle with home insurance. Highly recommend AquaForce for all things plumbing, the best experience I’ve had working with a plumbing company.”
